(1) If deemed necessary and appropriate for public interest, the Provincial Government may, by order published in the Provincial Gazette, prohibit strike in any essential service specified in the said order.
(2) Sub-section Notwithstanding anything written in (1), if the Government of Nepal has issued an order prohibiting strikes in any essential service to be applicable throughout Nepal, the Provincial Government shall not be required to issue an order prohibiting strikes in such service and the order issued by the Government of Nepal pursuant to Section 3 shall be subject to subsection (1) of the Provincial Government. (3) The order under sub-section (1) shall remain in force for up to six months. (4) After the provincial government issues any order under sub-section (1):-< /p>
